Alien Earth: Episode 5 is complete TRASH.

Alien Earth: Episode 5 is complete TRASH.

We are actually the test subjects of Disney, because I felt tested to my very core whether I would continue watching this show after this episode.

This episode was painful to watch. How can you manage to turn such an interesting premise into this kindergarten bullshit? I’ll tell you how — whoever wrote this episode should be immediately fired. Immediately. Let me check who it was. Director: Noah Hawley. Screenplay: Noah Hawley, Dan O'Bannon, Ronald Shusett. FIRED, right on the spot. I feel like the director should go before season 2.

People who do not know the difference between biology and geology are allowed on a spaceship? This smoking on the ship is really getting out of hand. I mean, Morrow literally dropped his cigar in a hole on a spaceship. Who wrote this shit? This should alarm whoever is on top of the show to start firing people.

Operating on people without masks or any protection? Really?

Who let the creep on that spaceship?

How are we supposedly more advanced in every capacity, a hundred years later or whatever, but no one is doing background checks?

I mean seriously, who let the creep on the ship and allowed him to watch this woman like the freak that he is, without locking him up after the first accident?

It is really bad. This episode really shook my belief in Disney, the director, and the direction of the show.

What are these protocols? Aliens are on the loose and these people are doing… that?

The chase scene — I’ll call it trash. You don’t get praise for a half-baked chase scene. And that woman, who was the only actor that did something okay besides Morrow, outran a Xenomorph. One moment it was running at 100, and in the next cuts she was already far past it. It just doesn’t make sense, and it comes off as amateur work. The director dropped the ball hard on this one.

The costume? Trash. A person cannot recreate those moves successfully. Jazz hands. It just doesn’t look good. It looks cheap, especially on sets that look expensive as fuck, so the contrast between the incredible sets and the bad acting, the bad writing, and the bad alien costume and direction is painful to watch. I still have hopes that in season 2 things will change, but I don’t know if the show can survive this episode.

This acting made me root for the aliens. It’s not a joke — this was some of the worst acting I have ever seen, mixed with some of the worst lines in the history of television.

Morrow using his hand on the traitor was need. And the 👁️ is still the best part of the show.

And what the fuck are those red Star Wars guards doing in an Alien project? Trash.

And I was just getting inspired to draw again — they killed my inspiration.

Get it together.
