Marvel Fatigue? I Don't Even Know Her

After going through the incredible possibilities in Marvel's 'What If...?' and 'Loki' series and reading some of the most interesting comic book stories, such as Thor vs. The God Buthect and the story of Jane Foster, along with Black Widow and Bucky missions and Wanda's adventures, I declare that my fatigue is over. The comics and the series have reignited my desire for this universe. There is so much story here, and I've invested so much time at this point. Let's revamp and do it right for the fans like me.

I want to mention that not every project after 'Endgame' was bland. 'Shang-Chi' and the second season of 'Loki' kept me going through these tough Marvel and overall Disney years. Some projects like 'Black Widow,' 'Eternals,' and 'The Marvels' were a bit generic, but at least they gave us a lot to talk about. So, I've decided to go through a list of characters that I definitely want to see going forward. Even though some of them are left out of the main Avengers team-up photo that I mixed, I would love to see them in this team as soon as possible. Here are my top Marvel characters I want to see fighting Kang or whatever threat Marvel chooses to engage in the next Avengers movies:

Yelena Belova:

It's been a while since we last saw Yelena in the 'Hawkeye' series on Disney+. I think at this point, everyone loves this character and Florence Pugh. She is incredible, and I need to see more action scenes with her in 'Thunderbolts', one of the upcoming projects that, like 'Deadpool 3', is pulling me into the future, starving for more. Yelena Belova could delve even more into Natasha's dark side and go full Black Widow, unrestrained by the wish to change and erase the blood trail behind her. And I know that she is in  the Thunderbolts team (that movie can't come soon enough), but she can jump around on different teams. Wherever she chooses, I'll follow, and this is due to the likability of Florence Pugh.

Spider-Man:

Given the popularity of the character, it would be a mistake not to include him here. He, Deadpool, and Daredevil can form some trio and kick ass. I would love to see other Spider-Mans here, as well as Morales popping up in the upcoming movies. With this vast Multiverse, let's be a bit more dynamic and explore more possibilities. I loved Spidey after 'Captain America: Civil War,' and bringing back Tobey Maguire and Andrew 'the liar' Garfield sure as hell feels like a step in the right direction.

Black Panther:

Shuri must come back. Like I mentioned, one of the episodes that I want to see in season 3 of 'What If...?' is if Shuri killed Namor. What the consequences of that action will be? She could definitely lead the team, and the Black Panther moments in every project are incredible to see. Shuri is a complex character, slowly overcoming her anger at losing her family to save her country. She is the new Disney princess with an incredibly tragic story that I would like to see continue.

Thor:

After seeing some of the best stories from the Thor comics butchered, what is left? Taika Waititi almost destroyed the character, but even his efforts to do so couldn't stop Chris Hemsworth's charm as Thor. Thor 5 is in development, and I would really want Hemsworth to take ownership and carve another direction for this character. Let's not turn every MCU movie into a comedy sketch and make Asgard an interesting place once more. The power set and the visuals around the God of Thunder are a must, and with his brother overseeing the universe as the God of Stories, there is a lot to look forward to. Like I said, I am also expecting the two brothers reunited, and after hearing Cate Blanchett in 'What If...?' I won't mind them together exploring their relationship once more.

Captain America:

I am waiting for the movie. It has to work; Marvel has an obligation here. Every Captain America movie is getting better and better, so this one must rock. Sam Wilson is a super hot character, and his integrity is what sets him apart from all the overpowered superheroes around him. Even though he is without superpowers, his dedication and experience can lead the team. I am just waiting to see what Marvel chooses to do with the character; I know that Anthony Mackie will do it right.

Hulk:

Let's put here and She-Hulk. Hear me out. I hated She-Hulk, not because I didn't like the character or Tatiana Maslany. No, I really enjoyed them, but the show was a mess. The director didn't do a good job; the writing was really bad and super generic, and with this tight budget, sometimes the VFX were incredible, like in the first episode, and during most of the episodes were bad. Hulk and She-Hulk as cousins are a powerful dynamic, and when they choose to destroy, it's a sight to behold. So I would like to see them in a project that has the budget to include them and the pro writers and director that they deserve.

Wanda:

I should've started with Wanda. We love Wanda, and she is incredible. Even though in Multiverse of Madness, the character seemed like a totally different version from where we left her, and the jump from reading the Darkhold at the Cabin to murdering people like crazy was a big one. Wanda is one of the most powerful and popular MCU characters. Where is her solo movie? And why are we seeing so little from her? Wanda unapologetic and a little villainess interacting with Yelena, Shuri, and all the others; thinking about it makes me excited.

Captain Marvel:

Like She-Hulk, I think Captain Marvel was done dirty. I really like Brie Larson in the role, and her power is so visually stunning. The silliness around this property is what makes me crazy. Why are we turning every MCU movie into a joke? She is so powerful, and we couldn't explore the demolitions she creates everywhere she goes without cracking jokes. She has to be a raw power that brings fear just because of her abilities. Let's go deeper into her dark sides. The worst box office track record doesn't bother me if she can kick ass, leaving this goofy tone of her last movie in the past. I mean, look at her in Endgame; that is what I want to explore.

Moon Knight:

I almost didn't like the series. In fact, I liked the first and the last episode, but Oscar Isaac was a perfect casting, and here I think he was also done dirty by bad writing and a small budget. Nevertheless, I want to explore more of his abilities, and he will be such a breath of fresh air in this lineup. So different from the other choices that he will pop up. I heard that the director of 'Shang-Chi', Destin Daniel Cretton, wanted him in his lineup before he stepped down from 'Avengers: Kang Dynasty', and that immediately caught my attention. I hope Feige doesn't sleep on that choice and tries a bolder move when the budget is appropriate.

Dr. Strange:

We cannot go without him at this point. Multiverse of Meh was a kindergarten when it comes to the spells he used. I want to bring back the visuals from 'Infinity War.' I am picking up a lot of hints that he is turning out to be the real threat to the Multiverse, and I would love to see that in the next Doctor Strange movie or in the upcoming Avengers.

Shang-Chi:

There was no space for this character on that photo, but Destin Daniel Cretton made him work in the  MCU, and I want to see him interact with more of the characters here. His action scenes were one of the best in the franchise, and he will bring a different flavor to the team just like Moon Knight. His corner of the MCU is very exciting, and the mystery around the Ten Rings is still one of the things that I can't wait to figure out.

Star-Lord:

Chris Pratt grew on me; now I love that guy. He is very funny and, let's be honest here, super hot. I know I said that comedy seems to be overtaking the franchise, but we can include one silly character on the team now that he is on Earth to balance the gravitas. He is resourceful and, like Ant-Man before, he could bring more questionable experience and tactics to the team.
